Who's funding the chemtrails?

For the first time, the Dispatch is actually considering the SOC as extant. The self-organizing collective always seemed over the top even by Clif's roomy standards, especially after the McDon's first term in which he fought the swamp and the swamp won. But the start of McDon 2.0 and specifically the work of the DOGErs led by Muskinator-9000 is perhaps the clearest evidence to date of the existence of an organized counter-force with a plan and the know-how to implement it.

Seems the DOGErs are following the Untouchables playbook, using accountants to raid the books and follow the money. Which is why the strike on USAID -the slush fund of the deep state hidden in plain sight- is strategically brilliant. In one fell swoop, billions of taxpayer dollars that kept their entire system running have been cut off just like that: BOOM. This is like hitting the enemy's command bunker with a tactical nuke: without funding no organization can continue to function.

The impact does not have a ripple effect, it's more of a friggin' tidal wave. When funds are cut everywhere all at once, panic ensues. And in times of panic, mistakes are made. Big mistakes. Desperate mistakes. Klausi's shittin' schwabs right now mistakes.

Which ties in nicely with the 'secrets revealed' data set from back in the ALTA days. With the money supply cut, no-one will be paying for secrets to be kept and insiders will attempt to monetize information and technologies. The original reports interpreted this being caused by a collapse of the dollar, but now it seems to be due to executive action against the funding source.

Which is actually good news, as we get the benefits of a deep state collapse without the drawbacks of a general currency collapse. Meaning there are better chances of getting war crime tribunals and justice applied in a fully-functioning state, as opposed to the chaos of economic collapse. Which BTW is part and parcel of the globalist deepstate playbook; if they don't get their chaos they can't build their new order.

But all that is yet to come and the night is still young, so let us discuss slush funds and shady use of taxpayer money... you know global chemtrailing ain't cheap, right? We can assume that Muskinator-9000 is aware of the geoengineering spraying being done under the guise of fighting global warming. It stands to reason he may suspect that such massive spraying over decades may be the real cause of the changes in our climate, not global warming or CO2. It sure would be interesting to see what would happen if the chemtrail funding was shut down and our skies were allowed to be as they are supposed to be, not as a gaggle of parasite globalists want them to be.

The question is where M-9000 stands on this. Maybe he doesn't care or even thinks it's bona fide science. But we can safely assume that the cost of spraying the skies is payed with public funds and thus there will be receipts to audit. Maybe even somewhere in the USAID billions... oh my, what do we have here? Chemonics International Inc... well that sure is a boatload of funds, literally billions. What do they need so much money so? Maybe to purchase industrial amounts of barium, aluminum, radioactive thorium and cesium, copper, titanium, silicon, lithium, cobalt...? Just spitballin' here...

Well, if that is indeed the case, we should soon start seeing things happen. Better said, not seeing them happen. Keep your eyes on the sky. It don't lie.
